IMAGES   OF   WALL PLATTERS

My definition of a Wall Platter is that "If it is too large to leave on a table then it could be hung on the wall as a piece of art instead of a picture". The platters I turn are of a large diameter, upto 1.5meter diameter usually with stunning features. I discovered that a beautiful piece of wood could be used to display its natrual colours and features to equal effect as a picture. Usually space is at a premium on any work surface especially in our home so I decide to hang my first large platter up on the wall with great effect and have since then made my large platters with the facility to hang on a wall when not in use.
